FAQ

How do the 3 free deletions work?

Everyone can delete 3 photos for free — counted per photo, when you confirm a batch. Swiping, keeping, and reviewing are always free and unlimited. Once your free deletions are used up, unlock Spacer Unlimited with a one-time purchase to keep going.

I deleted something by mistake. Can I get it back?

Almost certainly yes. Deleted photos and videos rest in the Photos app under Albums → Recently Deleted for 30 days. Open that album, select the item, and choose Recover.

Does deleting in Spacer also delete from iCloud?

If you use iCloud Photos, deletions sync across your devices — that's Apple's behaviour, not something Spacer controls. Everything sits in Recently Deleted for 30 days first, on every device.

Does Spacer upload my photos anywhere?

No. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no Spacer servers. Reviews and deletions happen entirely on your device. See our privacy policy.

I bought Spacer Unlimited but I'm seeing the paywall again.

Open the paywall and tap Restore purchase — your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores instantly. If that fails, confirm you're signed into the same Apple ID in Settings, then email us.

Why can't I see all my photos?

If you granted limited photo access when iOS asked, Spacer only sees the photos you selected. In Settings → Photos → Spacer, choose All Photos, or tap the banner in the app to adjust your selection.

Why are favourites skipped?

Photos you've marked as favourites are excluded from the deck by default — they're usually keepers. You chose them; we respect that.
